The United College Staff Association was established with the aim of promoting harmonious fellowship amongst College staff members through social and recreational activities, and to strengthen their sense of belonging to the College. Annual activities include the Christmas Party, Lunar New Year's Eve Luncheon, Lunar New Year Tea Party, Farewell Dinner, Annual General Meeting and other outing activities.

Membership fee is $150 for members on Terms of Service A and $100 for those on Terms of Service B and C.
