An anonymous donor has pledged a donation of HK$150 million for the establishment of Lee Woo Sing College
Mr. Li Wei-bo donated HK$30 million for the long term development of the University
Dr. Peter Yip, founder of CDC Corporation has pledged a donation of HK$100 million for the establishment of C. W. Chu College
Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Ltd. has pledged a donation of HK$170 million for the establishment of Wu Yee Sun College
The S. H. Ho Foundation donated HK$170 million
for the establishment of the S. H. Ho College
The Morningside Foundation and Morningside Education Foundation donated HK$100 million for the establishment of the Morningside College
The Li Ka Shing Foundation contributed HK$100 million for the development of the health sciences of the Li Ka Shing Institute of Health Sciences
The Lee Shau Kee Foundation donated HK$50 million for the cultivation of special areas of excellence
The Fok Ying Tung Foundation contributed HK$40 million towards the construction of a building for studies related to satellite remote sensing
The Cheng Yu Tung Foundation donated HK$30 million in support of the University's overall development
The Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) and the Kwok family donated HK$30 million in support of the SHKP Mental Health Alliance
Dr. Stanley Ho donated HK$25 million for the research and development of the Stanley Ho Centre for Emerging Infectious Diseases
The Edwin S.L. Cheng Research Fund for General Education and Philosophy donated HK$22.5 million for general education and philosophy studies
The Li & Fung Group donated HK$13 million for the establishment of the Li & Fung Institute of Supply Chain Management & Logistics
