Please choose ‘View Course Register’ via ‘Course Registration’ and click the corresponding Year/Term to check the initial results. If your programme conducts its own add/drop exercise, i.e., NOT via the Graduate School system, please consult the programme/division for the add/drop period and details. If your programme requires you to perform add/drop via the Graduate School system (you may check it from ‘Prog Arrangement & Schedule’ via the GS Platform (Students)) and you wish to amend your course selection for Term 1 of 2009-10, you may login the GS Platform (Students) during the Term 1 add/drop period from 9:00am on 7 September 2009 to 5:30pm on 21 September 2009 to do so. You may amend your course selection for the rest of the terms during the add/drop period for the specific term(s) later. For schedules of the add/drop period(s) for different programmes, please refer to ‘Prog Arrangement & Schedule’ in the GS Platform (Students). Students who wish to add courses outside the prescribed study scheme should complete Form CS-1. Completed Form CS-1 together with approval from the teachers/divisions concerned must reach the Graduate School by 21 September 2009 the latest. If your programme does NOT require you to perform add/drop via the internet, but you wish to amend your course selection, please contact your programme/Division directly.
