3/9/2009 Tentative Course Register and 2009-10, Term 1 Course Add/Drop To: Postgraduate Students of the Division of Law You may now check your Tentative course register in the Graduate School Platform (Students) at https://www.gradsch.cuhk.edu.hk/pgstudent/. Please choose ‘View Course Register’ via ‘Course Registration’ and click the corresponding Year/Term to check the initial results. 1. Course add/drop exercise (a) The course add/drop exercise for JD/LLM students will begin from 9:00am on 7 September 2009 (Monday) and end at 5:30pm on 14 September 2009 (Monday). You may amend your course selection for the rest of the terms during the add/drop period for the specific term(s) later. For schedules of the add/drop period(s) for different programmes, please refer to ‘Prog Arrangement & Schedule’ in the GS Platform (Students). (b) The Programme will pre-assign courses for RPg and PCLL students. If you wish to amend your course selection, please contact your Programme/Division directly. 2. Course outside the prescribed study scheme Students who wish to add courses outside the prescribed study scheme should complete Form CS-1 and obtain approval from the teachers/divisions concerned before returning it to the GraduateSchool. (a) JD/LLM students must return the form to the GraduateSchool by 14 September 2009 the latest. (b) RPg/PCLL students must return the form to the GraduateSchool by 21 September 2009 the latest. 3. Final Course Register for Term 1 will be available from the GS Platform (Students) (a) by 25 September 2009 for JD/LLM students; and (b) by 5 October 2009 for RPg/PCLL students. Graduate School
