Mr. Shiu Lik-king (邵力競)

B.A.(Hon), M.B.A.(HKUST)

Mr. Shiu read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University. He joined the SAR Government in 1997 as an administrative officer. He had worked on various policy areas such as environmental protection, trade and industry, and had been posted to the Central Policy Unit (government's think-tank). He is now a freelance consultant and translator.
